MEASURING THE GAINS FROM MANAGEMENT OF SPATIALLY HETEROGENEOUS RESOURCES: THE CASE OF GROUNDWATER

Abstract

We develop a model for the dynamic management of spatially heterogeneous resources with multiple users.
