PENSIONERS AND FOOD INTAKE PATTERNS IN A TRANSITION ECONOMY

Abstract

Using nationwide food consumption survey data collected in Bulgaria in 1997, this study examines how food intake patterns of the unemployed and pensioners differ from patterns of the employed.
