This present study has the intention to describe the shapes and characteristics
of the metallic infrastructure of metal-ceramic crown for the most minimize the
chance of errors and same fractures . Are observed characteristics such as
thickness , thermal expansion coefficient, melting point , presence or absence
of metal band , formate, points of contact, surface treatment of others. All,
based on a thorough literature review , with search made on Pubmed , Cielo ,
Google Scholar , and the library of the Federal University of Minas Gerais.Este presente estudo tem como intuito descrever as formas e características da
infra-estrutura metálica da coroa metalo-cerâmica para minimizar ao máximo a
chance de erros e fraturas das mesmas. São observados características como
espessura, coeficiente de expansão térmica, ponto de fusão, presença ou não
