The present study aims, through the inductive method and bibliographic research, based on the study of several authors who spoke on the subject, to carry out an analysis of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD) based on its legal treatment, focusing on discussing the most relevant aspects of collective protection of personal data in the LGPD. Initially, it aims to know the general and relevant considerations of this Law No. 13,709/2018, as drafters, given the preparation, date of publication, date of entry into force. Continuing with the existing risks in the exposure of personal data, whether in physical or online records, and finally analyzing judicial rights guaranteed to the citizen through the LGPD.O presente estudo tem como objetivo, através do método indutivo e da pesquisa bibliográfica, pautado no estudo de vários autores que discursaram sobre o tema, proceder uma análise da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) com base no tratamento legal da mesma, com enfoque discutir os mais relevantes aspectos da tutela coletiva dos dados pessoais na LGPD. Inicialmente visa conhecer as considerações gerais e relevantes da presente Lei nº 13.709/2018, como elaboradores, dada da elaboração, data da publicação, data de início da vigência.
Continuando com os riscos existentes na exposição dos dados pessoais, sejam em cadastros físicos ou online, e por fim analisar direitos judiciais garantidos ao cidadão por meio da LGPD
