光滑粒子动力学方法在高超声速飞行器端头烧蚀的应用

Abstract
高超声速飞行器再入过程中采用了烧蚀热防护。为验证热防护结构设计的有效性,降低热防护系统设计的冗余量,需对烧蚀过程进行数值模拟。烧蚀过程壁面实时向后移动,需要对动边界进行处理。现有基于网格的数值计算方法如生死单元法、ALE网格自适应法等,在处理烧蚀动边界问题时效果不佳,不能有效模拟大烧蚀量问题。本文创新性地采用基于粒子的无网格方法--光滑粒子流体动力学(Smoothed Particle Hydrofynamics, SPH)处理烧蚀边界移动并计算温度场,编写相关计算模块。本文构建了气动-烧蚀-结构传热三个模块耦合的计算程序,对再入高超飞行器端头烧蚀进行模拟。计算结果与使用ALE网格自适应方法计算的结果吻合得较好。验证了SPH方法用于烧蚀计算的有效性
