D i e v o r l i e g e n d e n Untersuchungen b e f a s s e n s i c h m i t der Frage, ob L i c h t und a p p l i z i e r t e s K i n e t i n unabhän­g i g v o n e i n a n d e r w i r k e n oder ob e i n e Wechselwirkung b e s t e h t ( M e h r f a k t o r e n a n a l y s e ) . 24 Stunden a l t e D u n k e l k e i m l i n g e wurden m i t K i n e t i n ( 1 0 ~ 5 Μ) , H e l l r o t l i c h t (HR, 6.8 W i r f 2 , 5-min-Puls -2 oder 3 h - I n d u k t i o n s p e r i o d e ) und B l a u l i c h t (BL, 7 Wm , 3 h - I n -d u k t i o n s p e r i o d e ) b e h a n d e l t . Diese F a k t o r e n wurden entweder a l l e i n oder gemeinsam a p p l i z i e r t . Nach 24 Stunden wurde d i e Pigmentmenge (Amaranthin) gemessen. Es ergab s i c h , daß b e i e i ­ner g l e i c h z e i t i g e n A p p l i k a t i o n von HR und K i n e t i n sowie von BL und K i n e t i n d i e E f f e k t e n u m e r i s c h a d d i t i v s i n d ( k e i n e Wechsel­w i r k u n g ) . A p p l i z i e r t man K i n e t i n 4 h v o r B e s t r a h l u n g s b e g i n n , so z e i g e n HR und BL u n t e r s c h i e d l i c h e s V e r h a l t e n : BL und K i n e t i n w i r k e n auch u n t e r d i e s e n Bedingungen s t r e n g a d d i t i v . B e i Ver­wendung von HR ergab s i c h hingegen e i n e p o s i t i v e W e c h s e l w i r ­kung: d i e L i c h t w i r k u n g w i r d g e s t e i g e r t . D i e Wechselwirkung e r ­klärt s i c h d a r a u s , daß K i n e t i n d i e D e s t r u k t i o n von Phytochrom ( P f r ) - s p e k t r a l p h o t o m e t r i s c h gemessen - beeinflußt. I n den m i t HR b e s t r a h l t e n K e i m l i n g e n kommt es zu der üblichen P f ^ D e s t r u k ­t i o n . D i e s e r Prozeß f l a c h t s i c h i n den m i t K i n e t i n b e h a n d e l t e n K e i m l i n g e n etwas früher ab. Daraus r e s u l t i e r t e i n e etwas höhere Menge von P^r i n den m i t K i n e t i n v o r b e h a n d e l t e n K e i m l i n g e n . Diese Beobachtung erklärt d i e Wechselwirkung zwischen P h y t o ­chrom und K i n e t i n . E i n e entsprechende Analyse mit i s o l i e r t e n Kotyledonen von Senfkeimlingen ( S i n a p i s a l b a L.) e r b r a c h t e folgende E r g e b n i s s e : (1) K i n e t i n beeinflußt nur d i e H l a g " - P h a s e der Chl-akkumulation, während P^ r auch d i e anschließende " s t e a d y - s t a t e " - P h a s e regu­l i e r t . (2) Die Wirkungen von K i n e t i n und P f r auf d i e "lag"-Pha­se s i n d s t e t s a d d i t i v , unabhängig davon, welcher der beiden Fak­tor e n v a r i i e r t w i r d . Daraus w i r d g e s c h l o s s e n , daß K i n e t i n und P^ r i n i h r e r Wirkung n i c h t i n t e r a g i e r e n , sondern unabhängig von­einander an verschiedenen S t e l l e n des Chl-biosyntheseweges e i n ­g r e i f e n . - 153 -

kung: d i e L i c h t w i r k u n g w i r d g e s t e i g e r t . D i e Wechselwirkung e r ­
klärt s i c h d a r a u s , daß K i n e t i n d i e D e s t r u k t i o n von Phytochrom 
( P f r ) - s p e k t r a l p h o t o m e t r i s c h gemessen - beeinflußt. I n den m i t 
HR b e s t r a h l t e n K e i m l i n g e n kommt es zu der üblichen P f ^ D e s t r u k ­
t i o n . D i e s e r Prozeß f l a c h t s i c h i n den m i t K i n e t i n b e h a n d e l t e n 
K e i m l i n g e n etwas früher ab. Daraus r e s u l t i e r t e i n e etwas höhere 
Menge von P^r i n den m i t K i n e t i n v o r b e h a n d e l t e n K e i m l i n g e n . 
Diese Beobachtung erklärt d i e Wechselwirkung zwischen P h y t o ­

Die C h l o r o p h y l l ( C h i ) b i l d u n g i n höheren P f l a n z e n w i r d durch 
p h y s i o l o g i s c h a k t i v e s Phytochrom ( P f r ) und exogen a p p l i z i e r t e s 
K i n e t i n k o n t r o l l i e r t . Beide Faktoren s t e i g e r n d i e C h l - b i l d u n g . 
Der Verrechnungsmodus d i e s e r beiden E f f e k t o r e n i s t unbekannt. 
E i n e entsprechende Analyse mit i s o l i e r t e n Kotyledonen von

P^ r i n i h r e r Wirkung n i c h t i n t e r a g i e r e n , sondern unabhängig von­
einander an verschiedenen S t e l l e n des Chl-biosyntheseweges e i n ­
g r e i f e n .
