America as perceived by English and American school children

Abstract

Two age groups were surveyed at Arnold Hill Comprehensive School, located in a middle class suburb of Nottingham, England; also surveyed was a third group of geography students at Kit Carson Middle School in Sacramento. The first English group, consisting of seventeen- and eighteen-year-olds, were members of a current events class.
