Abstract
Unemployment is a problem of psychological and pastoral. There is also a sign of our times. Long-term unemployment leads to changes in the human psyche. The Church has the task of responding to this problem. The article describes the phenomenon of unemployment in the perspective of psycho- logical and ecclesial. Zjawisko bezrobocia jest problemem psychologicznym i pastoralnym. Jest też znakiem naszych czasów. Długotrwałe bezrobocie skutkuje zmianami w psychice człowieka. Kościół ma zadanie odpowiadać na ten problem. Artykuł opisuje zjawisko bezrobocia w perspektywie psychologicznej i eklezjalnej.
