Abstract
Article shows the Church’s position regarding the matters connected with granting rights to the catholic funeral or its refusal. It also explains the process of the catholic funeral of the fetus, infant, baptized and unbaptized child. It also points the reader attention to the legal basis and conditions for the implementation of catholic funeral for adults and catechumens.W przedstawionym artykule ukazane zostało stanowisko Kościoła w sprawach związanych z przyznawaniem prawa do pogrzebu kościelnego lub jego odmową. Wyjaśniono także, w jaki sposób powinien przebiegać pogrzeb kościelny płodu, noworodka, dziecka ochrzczonego i nieochrzczonego. Ponadto zwrócono uwagę Czytelnika na podstawy prawne oraz warunki wykonania pogrzebu kościelnego osoby dorosłej i katechumenów
