Bu çalışmanın amacı, İslamî ilimlerin birçok alanında eserler telif eden Hâkim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin (ö. 405/1014) hadis usulünü tespit etmek, onun yazmış olduğu eserlerden hareketle ortaya koyduğu hadis usulü anlayışını kendisinden önceki ve sonraki hadis usulü âlimleri arasındaki orjinalliğinin nereden kaynaklandığını araştırmaktır. Giriş bölümü araştırmanın önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve kaynaklarından oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca Hâkim'e kadar hadis usulünün tarihi gelişimi hakkında genel bilgiler ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Hâkim'in yaşadığı dönemin siyasî, sosyal ve ilmî durumu, hayatı, ilmî kişiliği ve Ma'rife adlı eserinin öncesi ve sonrası hadis usulü eserleriyle mukayesesi yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümünde Hâkim'in hadis usulüne dair görüşleri, isnada yönelik değerlendirmeleri, râvi sayısına göre hadislerin kısımları, kaynağı ve sıhhat açısından hadis çeşitleri gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümünde ise Hâkim'in cerh ve ta'dîle bakışı, hadis tarihi konularını değerlendirmesi, fıkhu'l-hadis, nâsıh-mensûh, garîbu'l-hadis ve ihtilafu'l-hadis gibi konulara bakış açısı ele alınmıştır.The aim of this study is to determine the hadith method of An- Nisapuri (d.405/1014), who has published works in many fields of Islamic sciences, to investigate the originality between the hadith scholars before and after him from his hadith method. The introduction part consists of the importance, purpose, method and resources of the research. In addition, general information about the historical development of the hadith method until him was discussed. In the first part of the study, the political, social and scientific situation, life, scientific personality of him and his comparison with the works of Hadith before and after his work named "Ma'rifat 'ulum al-hadith" were made. In the second part, subjects such as the his views on the method of Hadith, his evaluations regarding the prophethood, parts of the hadiths according to the number of the narrator, source and types of hadith in terms of health. In the third part, the point of view of issues such as Hakim's view of the "Jarh Wa Ta'dîl" , evaluation of the hadith history, Fiqh-ul-Hadith Naskh wa al mansukh, garîbu'l-hadith and ikhtilaful-hadith has been mentioned
