Çalışmamızda İsâmuddin el-İsferâyînî’nin istiʻâreyi konu alan Şerhu’l-İsâm li’lFerîde
adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Talebelere analiz ve muhakeme yeteneğini kazandırma
maksadıyla tartışmalı konuların işlendiği Şerhu’l-ʻİsâm’ın detaylı bir şekilde ele
alınması gerektiğine olan kanaatimiz bu konuyu seçmemizde etkili olmuştur.
Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte önce ʻİsâmuddîn el-
İsferâyînî’nin yaşadığı bölge’nin siyasi, sosyal ve ilmî durumu ele alınmış. Belâgat
ilmînin ortaya çıkışı ve gelişim süreci işlenmiş. Bu alanda yazılmış önemli eserler
müellifleri ile birlikte sunulmuştur.
Birinci Bölümde el-İsferâyînî'nin hayatı, ilmî yönü, hocaları, öğrencileri ve
ortaya koyduğu başlıca eserler hakkında bilgiler verilmîştir.
İkinci Bölümüde çalışma konumuz olan Şerhu’l-ʻİsâm Li’l-Ferîde adlı eserin
muhtevası, metodu, istişhâdı ve kaynakları incelenmiştir. Aynı bölümde el-İsferâyînî'nin
belâgat ʻâlimleriyle muvafakk kaldığı görüşler de ele alınmıştır.

choose to review this book.
Our work consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction
chapter political, social and scientific status of region where İsâmüddîn el-İsferâyînî
lived were discussed. The emergence and development of rhetoric treated and important
works in this field with their authors were provided.
In the first chapter, was informed about al-İsferâyînî 's life, his scientific
direction, teachers, students and about his boks.
In the second chapter, was investigated content, method, evidence and resources
of Sharh al-Isama li'l-Feride. In the same section were discussed ideas that agree with
rhetoric scholars.
