This article discusses how to upgrade the college library. The
quality of the library can be interpreted as an achievement of
which is done through a series of processes, both in the activities
of short-term and long-term. The series of the process of creating
a library of quality can be specified in three ways, namely pay
attention to the quality of the input, the quality of the process
and the context and quality of outcomes. That is the achievement
of quality seen in input have the mental preparation, the process
supported services and tailored to the needs of users that can
ultimately produce quality outcomes as the product of the
previous series. Furthermore, to improve the quality of the
college library at least require specific strategies, with the
expectation that purpose planned to be achieved effectively and
efficiently. Specific strategies are, strategic planning, application
of the principle of learning organization, and oriented to
customer satisfaction and quality requirements by preparing
pemustaka collection, human resources, services, personnel
commitment and sufficient financial support
