Çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul öğrencilerinin motivasyon düzeylerini etkileyen faktörleri ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada, tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul İli Ataşehir ilçesi’inde bulunan ilkokul öğrencileridir. Çalışma elverişli örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen 105(48 kız, 57 erkek) ilkokul 3.ve 4. Sınıfa devam eden öğrenciler üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri motivasyon yönelimleri ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Öğrencilerin içsel-dışsal motivasyon alt boyutlarının ve genel motivasyon düzeylerinin yaş değişkenine göre karşılaştırılması sonucunda 9 yaş grubundaki, kız ve 3. Sınıfa devam eden öğrenciler lehine anlamlı farklar olduğu gözlenmiştir.The aim of the study is to reveal the factors that affect the motivation levels of primary school students. In the research, relational scanning model was used from the scanning models. The universe of the research is the elementary school students in the city of Istanbul, Ataşehir. The study was conducted on 105 (48 females, 57 males) elementary school students who were selected through favorable sampling and who continued to the 4th and 4th grade. The research data were collected by means of motivational orientations. As a result of the research, it was observed that there were significant differences in favor of the 9th-year group, the girl and the 3rd class student as a result of the age-variable comparison of the students' internal-external motivation sub-dimensions and general motivation levels
