本研究对组织核心胜任特征理论在人力资源管理活动中的意义进行了讨论,提出构建组织核心胜任特征模型的重要性。通过对相关研究的综述和回顾以及对制造企业高层管理者的深度访谈,编制了《制造企业胜任特征调查问卷》,根据问卷调查的结果进行统计分析,初步提出制造企业的核心胜任特征结构维度,该结构具有较好的信度和效度
