由于经济全球化的新格局对现代企业管理者提出了全新的要求 ,能够准确把握管理者应具备的素质要求和工作行为表现显得尤为重要 ,本文介绍的 360度反馈评价方法是当前组织行为学和人力资源管理研究的热点之一 ,它可以帮助组织用于全面度量管理者的行为表现 ,并通过多侧度反馈评价来促进管理者改进自己的行为方式。本文主要了介绍了 360度反馈评价基本概念 ,以及在评价结构、评分者一致性、评价反馈方面的最新研究进展 ,最后 ,提出了未来研究的设想和建议
