Abstract

This communication proposes to rely on the actor-network theory to understanding CSR in MICE. We propose to consider the CSR implementation process as a translation process. Our research is based on a case study: that of a company, bringing together a convention center and an exhibition center, which is committed to CSR. The analysis focuses on this process and an eco-socio designed exhibition. We analyze the translation process in the company and in the inter-organizational network of the exhibition’s stakeholders.
