Abstract
Este artículo describe y analiza las actitudes, creencias y
evaluación de necesidades de profesores de educación
secundaria en formación permanente en el área de Lengua en el
contexto de la Reforma Educativa. La investigación se realizó
en el Cep de Sevilla (Centro de Profesores). Se ha seguido tanto
una metodología cualitativa (entrevistas) como cuantitativa
(cuestionario). Los resultados de este estudio sugieren que es
necesario conocer las actitudes y creencias de los profesores
para establecer programas de formación.This paper describes and analyzes secondary teacher beliefs,
attitudes and needs assessment about in-service teacher training
in the area of Language in the context of educative reform. The
research were realized in a Cep (Teachers Centre) of Seville.
The findings were got with qualitative (interviews) and
quantitative inquiries methods. The results of this study suggets
that’s necessary to know teachers’ attitudes and beliefs right
now to establish a training program
