We here us are going to limit to exposing the condition of question today, analyzing the law, the doctrine and the jurisprudence regarding the right to life to his term and to what is considered to be worthy in the above mentioned stadium.El Gobierno central ha anunciado en el mes de noviembre pasado,, que en la primavera regulará por una ley de cuidados paliativos y de la muerte digna el derecho de los enfermos terminales a morir dignamente. Se seguirán así los pasos de Andalucía, única Comunidad Autónoma que ya ha aprobado una norma de esta naturaleza.
Afrontar un tema tan íntimo y personal como el de la muerte de la persona siempre es y será objeto de controversias entre los fervientes partidarios de "dignificar la muerte" cuando no existen posibilidades de mejoría o curación del enfermos y encarnecidos detractores de cualquier intento humano de intervenir en el proceso natural de la extinción de la vida.
