Young-Hyun Cho won prizes from the Louisiana InternationalPiano Competition, the Harrison Winter Competition, the EastmanConcerto Competition, the Korea Music Association Competition, theSeoul Arts Center Orchestral Festival Soloist Competition, the KBS MusicCompetition, and the JoongAng Times Music Competition. In addition,she received a Certificate of Artistic Achievement from Virginia WaringInternational Piano Competition and has been a frequent guest artist formusic events affiliated with the competition.Young-Hyun Cho has adjudicated at the numerous music competitions,including Dallas Chamber Symphony Orchestra International PianoCompetition, World Piano Conference International Piano Competition,and Music Teachers National Association Piano Competitions.Young-Hyun Cho received her Doctoral degree in Piano Performance andLiterature from the Eastman School of Music, the Master's degree andthe Performance Diploma from Peabody Conservatory of Johns HopkinsUniversity, and the Bachelor's degree from the Seoul National University.She currently serves as Associate Professor of Piano at University ofTexas at Arlington.
