Abstract

<p>(A) Violin plot displaying the distributions of replication timing at HCNEs and other genomic regions in three cell lines. HCNEs fire later in replication compared to all genomic regions across all cell lines. (B) Venn diagram demonstrating the number of HCNEs within the early replication origin peaks identified in the three cell lines. Approximately 10% of HCNEs are associated with early replication origins; of them, only 26% are common to all three cell-lines, indicating that some HCNEs undergo cell-specific initiation of early replication.</p
