Creating Beautiful Word Clouds with Mathematica

International audienceWord Clouds are a popular visualization tool for keywords. Creating word clouds is a combination of text analysis, and geometric computations that could be quite simple but produce poor results. In this talk, we explore - using Mathematica - how the use of bin-packing algorithms, of precise intersection checking and of advanced strategies of placement, coloring and weight representation could produce really aesthetically nice results
