颗粒溶胀体系液固两相流的多尺度模拟方法

Abstract
存在颗粒溶胀行为的液固两相流被广泛认为是一个多尺度问题,高温下,颗粒溶胀所导致的颗粒粘度增大、颗粒与颗粒聚团等介尺度行为对宏尺度的液固两相流动有着显著影响。本文提出了基于颗粒溶胀这一介尺度行为的双流体模型,结合组分输运方程和群平衡模型对存在溶胀行为的"聚乙烯颗粒-正十二烷"体系进行了数值模拟。其中,组分输运方程和群平衡模型分别描述了溶胀过程中的传质和粒径增长、颗粒聚并等介尺度行为,并将由溶胀所导致的颗粒相粘度的变化,结合颗粒动力学理论来进行描述,从而针对存在介尺度行为的液固两相流建立了一套多尺度模拟方法。搅拌槽内"聚乙烯颗粒-正十二烷"液固体系的模拟结果显示,当颗粒溶胀到一定程度并发生聚并后,固相粘度的增加将导致搅拌桨功率发生突变,并伴随着颗粒粒径分布、流场特征等宏观参数的转变
