Abstract
采用多尺度实验方法对聚乙烯环管反应器内颗粒的溶胀机理、发生条件、以及溶胀对液固两相流的影响进行了研究,包括单颗粒尺度的形貌测量、颗粒群尺度的溶胀率测量、环管反应器的可视化测量等。应用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜研究了干颗粒与溶胀颗粒的表面形态差异;应用膨胀仪研究了不同温度条件下聚乙烯颗粒溶胀过程的体积膨胀率、液固传质速率;应用高速摄影仪与图像运动分析软件测量了环管二维床内液固两相流浓度分布和颗粒速度,揭示了聚乙烯颗粒在水与烷烃中的流动特征差异。结果表明,聚乙烯颗粒的溶胀及其对两相流动的影响是典型的介尺度问题,颗粒群尺度的溶胀行为需要采用介尺度模型进行描述
