Abstract
针对提高钨合金穿甲后的易碎性,研究了在传统95W合金中加入不同含量平均粒径为0.69mAl_2O_3第二相粒子时,Al_2O_3对钨合金微观组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着Al_2O_3含量的增加,钨合金烧结成型后钨颗粒平均直径由32.5μm减小到12.0μm,钨颗粒形状由近似椭球形变为不规则的多面体形,当Al_2O_3含量达到2.0%时,Al_2O_3粒子在钨合金内出现团聚现象,以Al_2O_3粒子形核而长大的钨颗粒减少;Al_2O_3粒子降低了钨合金中钨.钨、钨.粘结相界面结合强度,随着Al_2O_3含量的增加,钨合金静态抗拉强度和延伸率均降低;相同应变率动态压缩条件下,随着Al_2O..
