半互穿网络结构双敏微球的制备及其性质

Abstract
PNIPAM基刺激响应性微球在药物可控释放、传感器、分离介质等领域有巨大应用前景,近年来受到了广泛的研究。通过制备半互穿结构,可以在引入其他响应性的同时很好地保持温敏性。本研究采用低温氧化还原法,同时运用一步法结合快速膜乳化技术制备了粒径均一的半互穿网络结构双敏微球。用激光粒度仪测试粒径分布,测试结果显示微球粒径均一为6μm左右,并呈单分散性。用激光共聚焦表征微球的内部形貌,结果证实PAA高分子链在
