Abstract
在前期工作中[1],对一种包含一导流筒的气液固三相低剪切生物搅拌槽反应器的气体分散和固体悬浮特性进行了研究。导流筒的加入可以使反应器内流动和剪切力更均匀,从而有效降低最大剪切力,但同时也发现由于导流筒的加入,会造成气体分散不均匀的状况,气体主要分布在内筒,而外侧环隙气含率较低。当采用多层桨搅拌、导流筒长度相应增长时,气含率分布不均匀状况更加严重,从而使反应器总体效率较低。</p
