Abstract
研究不同处理方式对天山雪莲种子萌发的影响,并优化种子萌发条件。20℃下采用不同浓度的Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Cu2+、PEG-4000、GA3分别浸泡天山雪莲种子48h,然后进行发芽试验,测定发芽率、发芽势、根长、发芽指数、活力指数,根据试验结果优选Ca2+、PEG-4000、GA3进行正交试验。结果:分别经Mg2+、Zn2+、Cu2+浸泡处理后,天山雪莲种子活力无显著提高;20℃时,Ca2+、PEG-4000、GA3浓度分别为20mmol/L、40g/L、200mg/L条件下浸泡种子48h,再进行发芽试验,发现较对照组发芽率提高45.4%,发芽势提高62.5%,根长提高12.5%,发芽指数提高73.9%,活力指数提高68.6%。结论:适宜浓度的Ca2+、PEG-4000、GA3及其复合处理能够显著提高种子性能
