多级串联复合流化床制备四氯化钛试验的基础研究

Abstract
以镁钙质量分数大于2.5%的高钛渣为原料,采用复合流化床制备四氯化钛新工艺进行中试试验。对试验中氯气流量、流态化温度等参数进行了讨论,并对反应产物的形貌进行了分析,同时计算了反应效率。中试结果表明,TiO2的转化率达到90%。通过检测发现收尘渣表面富集MgCl2和CaCl2,而流化床中未出现粘结,说明该流化床具有一定的抗粘结能力
