金属磁记录粉逐渐向微细化、高矫顽力、高饱和磁化强度发展.利用有机化合物包覆金属磁记录粉,主要目的是在其表面形成一层致密、均匀、牢固、极薄的保护膜,提高金属磁记录粉的稳定性.同时还可以改善金属磁记录粉在磁浆中的分散性能.本文就金属磁记录粉包覆有机化合物的选取、工艺过程及改性效果进行了评述
