Abstract
本文通过微机控制的自动气液界面测试系统对 VOD 过程中的气—液界面进行了研究。通过修正自由射流的轴向、径向衰减系数 K,β,建立了冲击射流、熔池气—液边界的数学模型。试验结果表明;这个自动测试系统可进行探针的自动扫描,多通道的数据采集及在线处理,具有采样速度快、精度高等特点。不仅适用于各种气—液界面的测定,更换探头后可测定反应器内的温度分布,速度分布、含气率分布
