Abstract
以十二烷为模拟油相,以革兰氏阴性菌德氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas delafieldii)R-8作为有机相脱硫的微生物,对脱硫过程中水相反应介质的组成(生长介质和非生长介质),pH,含盐(NaCl)浓度和水相体积等对R-8静止细胞脱硫活性的影响进行了研究.探讨了辅因子和不同烷烃对脱硫活性的影响.结果表明,R-8在NaCI浓度高达60g·L-1,油相体积分数大于83%的条件下仍具有较高的脱硫活性.辅因子NADH的添加可有效提高菌株的脱硫速率.R.8可脱除C6~C16烷烃中的DBT,其中以在十二烷和十六烷中的活性最高,分别为1.96和1.70 mg·g-1·h-1,同R.erythropolis IGTS8的脱硫活性相当
