Abstract
研究采用三相氧化法从大洋多金属结核中提取有价金属的工艺过程。结果表明,在反应温度280~320℃,反应时间2~4h,碱锰比40~55,结核粒度68~90μm,空塔气速0.071~.127m/s的条件下,多金属结核中锰的转化率大于95%,铁、镍富集率高于98%,铜、钴富集率在95%以上。三相氧化法是一种切实可行的湿法处理大洋多金属结核的方法,既可实现产品的系列化和高值化,又能体现清洁生产和再生循环思想
