气提式反应器中气液传质的初步研究

Abstract
在直径D = 0.186m、高H = 1m、中心管与反应器直径比D_c/D = 0.13 的气提式环流充应比(Pachuca tank)中,改变气流量和中心管高度(0~0.5 m),用Na_2So_3 氧化法测定了气液相间界面积a,用CO_2解吸温柔测定了液侧体积传质系数Kea,所得的结果分别接近或低于鼓泡塔反应比的相应值。在表观气0.01~0.09 m/s 范围内,气提式反应比的a、Kea值是一直增加的,最大分别达440 m~(-1) 和0.054 s~(-1)。a值仅在高气速时才随中心管高H_C 增加;当H_C与静液高之比为0.30.55时,Kea可得到极大值。提出了解释a和Kea的分区模型,得到了部分的成功,在借用文献中垂直上升气液两相流和鼓泡塔中数据描述中心管和气泡层的传质特性时,鼓泡塔的数据必须加以校正
