Abstract
纤维镍电极具有高比容量、高充放电效率、电极稳定性及耐用性好等特点。本文对其实用性进行研究,在以下几个方面展开工作:高比容量纤维镍电极的制备、贮氢合金的表面修饰和贮氢电极的制备工艺优化,纤维镍电极MH-Ni电池设计和制备。工作中通过计算机模式识别对基板烧结工艺进行优化,得出的强度稳定区域图对生产实际有很好的帮助和借鉴。对纤维镍基板造孔的研究表明,选用的常规造孔剂造孔,造孔幅度较低,工作中提出了采用表面活性剂的造孔的新方法,在对基板造孔的同时对基板的孔型结构也有所改进。工作中对贮氢合金电极制备进行研究,确定了较佳的制备工艺,并采用化学镀的方法对贮氢合多表面进行修饰,分别在贮氢合金表面获得了Ni-P和纯Ni镀层,镀镍后,促进了合金的活化,提高了贮氢合金的高倍北放电性能。实验中设计试制的纤维镍电极氢镍电池的性能符合国标《GB/T 15100-94》的要求,电池的综合性能较好,有较好高倍率放电性能和循环特性
