Abstract
磁性纳米复合颗粒在生物技术、生物医学工程、环境保护和石油化工等领域中的应用是本世纪科学技术发展的重要方向之一,这一新兴研究课题具有强大的生命力和广阔的应用前景。采用化学共沉淀方法,通过控制成核速率和生长速率,制备了平均直径为8nm的磁性Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒,并用表面活性剂对其进行包覆,在Fe_3O_4纳米颗粒表面形成一个具有可调控的单分子层结构(疏水外壳,可溶解在非极性溶剂中形成稳定的胶体)或双分子层结构(亲水外壳,可溶解在水溶液中形成稳定的胶体),以此纳米磁性材料为磁性组分,合成出了一系列具有自主知识产权的纳米结构的磁性Fe_3O_4/有机或磁性Fe_3O_4/无机复合亚微米/微米球载体,..
