<正>搅拌槽由于其相际接触面积大,传热传质效率高,操作弹性大,使用范围广,操作稳定等优点而广泛应用于石油、化工、医药、食品、能源、造纸、废水处理等领域。其中,混合时间是表征搅拌槽内流体混合状况的一个重要参数,是评定搅拌器效率的重要参数,也是搅拌槽设计和放大的重要依据之一。混合时间一般是通过实验来测量,并总结为经验关联式。但不同的实验测量方法都存在各自的缺点。示踪剂的进料位置和检测位置的选择都会影响混合时间的数值大小。随着计算机技术的发展,利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术来计算混合时间也逐渐成为可能。利用CF
