固体热载体煤热解气化耦合工艺中试研究

Abstract
基于流化床热解耦合输送床气化的双床理论,在处理能力为100kg/h的煤热解气化中试装置上,以石英砂为固体热载体,考察了褐煤氮气氛围热解与热解半焦空气气化的系统能量匹配,煤气组成,焦油收率与组成以及半焦气化的碳转化率。试验结果表明:热解气化双床系统能够实现自热、稳定运行,在热解器与气化器内温度分别为600℃和850℃条件下,褐煤热解的焦油产率约为3%,热解气热值可达到4935 kcal/Nm~3(N_2-free),气化气热值约有745 kcal/Nm~3。对热解焦油的分析表明,焦油中主要含有酚类、苯酚类、芳香类等组分。热解半焦气化的碳转化率可达到95%。原料煤中约有6%的硫热解后迁移到热解油气..
