Abstract
钛精矿是攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿的一种重要的二次资源,占世界钛资源储量的35%。本文采用HSC化学软件对钛精矿加碳还原过程热力学进行了计算机模拟,分析了钛精矿碳热还原的历程。通过高温碳热还原的实验,确定了该反应过程的反应速率,反应程度随温度的变化。同时分析了反应前后的相变化和微观形貌,实验结果表明可分离出反应后钛精矿中的铁晶粒,制得的高钛渣
