Abstract
本文介绍了我们采取的几种纳米氧化锌制备技术,其中包括沉淀法、溶剂热法和等离子气相氧化法。沉淀法易于实现工业规模的生产,溶剂热法可以获得分散性好的纳米氧化锌,等离子气相氧化法可以与传统的间接法氧化锌生产工艺嫁接。同时,针对应用中存在的问题开展了表面包覆的纳米氧化锌制备,提高了纳米氧化锌对热和光的稳定性,拓展了它的应用领域
