等离子喷涂制备CoCrAl-B_4C刷式封严涂层的研究

Abstract
先进航空发动机用刷式封严涂层可减少泄露,提高推力,降低油耗,因此成为新一代飞机发动机的关键技术之一。随着航空航天技术不断发展,发动机刷式封严涂层工作环境越来越苛刻,对其性能要求也不断提高。针对航空发动机压气机部分的刷式封严,我们已经研制了热喷涂NiCr/Cr3C2-BaF2·CaF2涂层,通过氟化物共晶的超塑性变形和自润滑作用实现了压气机部位的高温刷式封严。但是这种涂层不能在涡轮部位的高温、高湿、强氧化条件下使用,因此迫切需要研制一种涡轮部位环境自适应润滑硬质涂层,满足涡轮部位对刷式封严涂层的需求
