等离子喷涂NiCr-Cr_3 C_2-BaF_2/CaF_2涂层的组织结构与摩擦学性能

Abstract
采用加压氢还原技术分别以Cr_3C_2和BaF_2/CaF_2共晶为核心制备出Ni致密包覆的复合粉末,并用大气等离子喷涂技术制备了NiCr-Cr_3C_2-BaF_2/CaF_2耐高温固体润滑硬质涂层。运用光学显微镜和带EDX能谱的扫描电镜观察涂层的显微结构和组成,分析了涂层的孔隙率、显微硬度争涂层的结合强度,并使用SRV高温摩擦磨损试验机考察了其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:涂层孔隙率低,显微硬度和结合强度较高。由于表面包覆一层致密的NiCr层,喷涂过程中的颗粒氧化、脱碳和烧蚀得到一定抑制。室温下涂层的摩擦系数较高(0.74±0.02),当温度升高到500℃时,涂层的摩擦系数降低为0.38±0.0..
