INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NOS NEGÓCIOS: UMA ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA

Abstract

Digital transformation has been a remarkable phenomenon in our contemporary world, redefining the way we interact with technology. In this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as one of the key pillars of this change, driving unprecedented innovation and advancements across various sectors. Thus, the present research aimed to analyze the scientific production on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the database of the Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL). This research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory in nature; it is a systematic literature review, which considered the documents from the SPELL database related to AI. The results obtained from the research were: AI is being explored in different sectors such as human resource management, research, finance, agribusiness, consumer behavior, accounting, operations management, and public administration. This highlights the versatility and applicability of AI in various domains, demonstrating its transformative potential. In summary, research on AI is a dynamic and constantly evolving field, and it is crucial to continue exploring and analyzing its impact and transformative potential in various spheres of society. Ethical considerations and addressing concerns related to AI should be priorities to ensure a sustainable and responsible future in the use of this innovative technology.A transformação digital tem sido um fenômeno marcante em nosso mundo contemporâneo, redefinindo a forma como interagimos com a tecnologia. Neste contexto, a Inteligência Artificial (IA) surge como um dos principais pilares dessa mudança, impulsionando inovações e avanços sem precedentes em diversos setores. Assim, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a produção científica sobre Inteligência Artificial (IA) na base de dados da Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL). A presente pesquisa é caracterizada como qualitativa, de cunho exploratória; é uma revisão sistemática da literatura, a qual considerou os documentos da base de dados da SPELL relacionados com a IA. Os resultados obtidos com a pesquisa foram: a IA está sendo explorada em diferentes setores, como gestão de pessoas, pesquisa, finanças, agronegócio, comportamento do consumidor, contabilidade, gestão de operações e gestão pública. Isso ressalta a versatilidade e a aplicabilidade da IA em diversos domínios, demonstrando seu potencial transformador. Em suma, a pesquisa sobre IA é uma área dinâmica e em constante evolução, e é fundamental continuar explorando e analisando seu impacto e potencial transformador em diversas esferas da sociedade. A abordagem ética e a consideração das preocupações relacionadas à IA devem ser prioridades para garantir um futuro sustentável e responsável no uso dessa tecnologia inovadora
