The article discusses the struggles lead by Kaiowá and Guarani women against violence and violations of rights, particularly at the Public Hearing Obstetric violence: black and indigenous women for a humanized childbirth and in VII Kuñangue Aty Guasu - Great Assembly of Women Kaiowá and Guarani, both held in 2019 in the region of the city of Dourados, state of Matro Grosso do Sul. With an interdisciplinary proposition considerations are made with ethnographic inspiration based on dialogue between those Kaiowá and Guarani women's narratives and studies on gender, feminism and health. Kaiowá and Guarani women make of their bodies a fight field against the colonial violences the construction of living well (teko porã) and they require the fulfillment of rights and fundamental warranties of indigenous people determined by Brazilian Constitution.O artigo discute as lutas protagonizadas pelas mulheres Kaiowá e Guarani contra as violências e violações de direito, em especial na Audiência Pública Violência obstétrica: mulheres indígenas e negras por um parto humanizado e na VII Kuñangue Aty Guasu – Grande assembleia das Mulheres Kaiowá e Guarani, ambas realizadas em 2019, na região de Dourados – MS. Numa proposta interdisciplinar são tecidas considerações com inspiração etnográfica a partir do diálogo entre as narrativas das mulheres Kaiowá e Guarani e os estudos de gênero, feministas e sobre saúde. Mulheres Kaiowá e Guarani fazem de seus corpos território de luta contra as violências coloniais na construção do bem viver (teko porã) e exigem o cumprimento de direitos e garantias fundamentais previstos na Constituição do Brasil de 1988 aos povos indígenas
