Bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, yapısalcılığın fraksiyonlara ayrılmasına dair kısa bir tarihsel
giriş sunulmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, in re ve ante rem olarak bilinen yapısalcılık fraksiyonlarının sayıların onto-
epistemolojik statüsüne dair argümanları güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile birlikte ele alınmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise bu
iki yapısalcılık fraksiyonuna Cantor’un diyagonal argümanı örneği üzerinden itiraz edilmekte ve sayıların onto-
epistemolojik statüsünün çağdaş epistemoloji ışığında ele alınması halinde bu iki fraksiyonda gözlemlenen realizm
kaynaklı problemleri dışarıda bırakabilecek bir in constructio yaklaşım önerilmektedir.This study consists of three parts. In the first part, a brief historic introduction of the division of structuralism into its
sub-branches will be presented. In the second part, the weaknesses and strengths of the two structuralist branches, viz.
in re and ante rem, will be analyzed in terms of their arguments regarding the onto-epistemological status of
numbers. In the third part, both branches of structuralism will be opposed through the example of Cantor’s diagonal
argument and an in costructio approach will be proposed instead, arguing that the problems resulting from realism
encountered in these branches of structuralism can be avoided when the onto-epistemological status of numbers is
evaluated in the light of the contemporary epistemology.Publisher's Versio
