Abstract

This paper summarized the practice of clinical nursing pathway based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the whole process management of 3 children undergoing programmed liver biopsy 2 years after liver transplantation. Key points of nursing included closely monitoring of vital signs after operation to prevent bleeding; Actively management of pain; Prevention and treatment of delirium during anesthesia recovery period to avoid other risk factors; Actively preventing choking, early-stage oral feeding after resuscitation, psychological induction and continuous follow-up, maintaining good compliance of children, implementing rapid rehabilitation plan, and providing scientific and effective nursing services. (总结应用基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的临床护理路径对3例肝移植术后儿童行肝穿刺活检术的全程护理管理。护理重点与难点包括: 术后密切监测生命体征, 预防出血; 麻醉复苏期防治出现谵妄, 做好疼痛管理; 预防呛咳, 复苏后争取早期进食; 做好患儿心理诱导及延续性随访, 保持患儿良好依从性; 按照ERAS临床护理路径积极做好肝穿刺活检术前、术中护理配合及健康教育, 实施快速康复计划, 提供科学有效的护理服务, 确保患儿顺利离院。
