Los Angeles Worksource System: Youth Participant's Satisfaction Survey

Abstract

The Consulting Center at the College of Business and Economics, California State University, Northridge, contracted with the city to survey the 2011-2012 youth program participants. We collected data on services received, satisfaction with services received and the characteristics of participants. This report presents the results of the survey for the program as a whole and for each OneSource contractor individually.
