Abstract

Comrades! An important decision on the unification of the industrial and rural party organizations at the regional and territorial levels was adopted at the November Plenary Meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The decision of the Central Committee Plenary Meeting was unanimously endorsed by the party and the people.
