HOW DAIRY PRICE CHANGES INFLUENCE THE CONSUMERS' WELFARE

Abstract

The Hicksian compensating variation is used to evaluate the consumers' welfare effects of price changes because of some hypothesized removals of Federal dairy policies and programs.
