Abstract
The paper puts conclusions on structuralization of company environment regarding its dimensions or features in order. The paper focuses on presentation and analysis of synthetic dimensions of company external environment applied not only in theoretical formulations, but mainly in empirical formulations. The aim of the paper is to verify the impact of the accession of Poland to the European Union on the perception of changes in the competitive environment of Polish enterprises. Own empirical research was conducted on the random sample of 323 enterprises in małopolskie voivodeship.
