The Rational Use of Medicines (RDU) should be encouraged as a way to ensure efficacy and safety. Despite all the care and the RDU, denote the eminence of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR). The National Health Surveillance Agency as a way to soften the appearance of the ADR created the National Reporting System for Sanitary Surveillance (NOTIVISA). This article aims to identify the main products were reported in NOTIVISA related adverse events (AE), complaints-techniques (QT) and poisonings. It is a descriptive and retrospective study conducted by analyzing the reports provided by NOTIVISA, for the period 2007 to 2012 In the results, there was a high increase in notifications of EA and QT primarily by the drugs. Therefore, it is critical that urgent measures in order to reverse this situation.O uso Racional do Medicamento (URM) deve ser estimulado como forma de garantir a eficácia e segurança. Apesar de todo o cuidado e o URM, denota-se a eminência de Reações Adversas a Medicamentos (RAM). A Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária como forma de amenizar o aparecimento das RAM criou o Sistema Nacional de Notificação em Vigilância Sanitária (NOTIVISA). O presente artigo teve por objetivo identificar os principais produtos que foram notificados no NOTIVISA relacionados aos eventos adversos (EA), queixas-técnicas (QT) e intoxicações. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e retrospectivo realizado por meio da análise dos relatórios disponibilizados pelo NOTIVISA, referente ao período de 2007 a 2012. Quanto aos resultados, verificou-se elevado aumento de notificações de EA e de QT principalmente por parte dos medicamentos.
